QUIET SUNDAY SO FAR

The blue jays are squawking and it smells like rain. Now isn't THAT a fascinating start to the day of an infamous author. All this computer networking is fun, but by a show of hands, how many people out there have heard the sound of a big tree falling in the woods?

They do make noise ya know, it sounds like guns going off as the root system rips from the earth, and a great vibration erupts as the great wooden being falls to the ground, usually taking another's branch or another altogether to their new horizontal position.

PUBLIC DENOUNCEMENTS

I have just made two public DENOUNCEMENTS on ALLVOICES that could get me assasinated or burned at the stake (in some places)...

The first DENOUNCEMENT is against the continued bullying and meddlesome behavior from the government in power in my homeland, the U.S. of A.

The second DENOUNCEMENT is against the behavior from the Church's 'representatives of God' against generations of innocents in order to satisfy their sinister lust.

WE THE PEOPLE have been betrayed by our government and church (not all churches, I want to be REAL clear here!)

Mid-Summer Update

Greetings Friends, Fans, Countrymen: As I haven't posted anything for a LONG time, I'm sure you are waiting on baited breath to hear more of my amazing and colorful life with (and sometimes without) my 'ghost', the spirit of Che Guevara.

Went to a successful 'show' last month in ARKANSAS (!) selling all the books I hauled with me, and feedback from those who purchased it was wonderful and inspiring. Derek Silva, the founder of CD Baby who now has gone on to other ventures, has advised to NOT announce one's goals as it takes the UMPH out of the motivation to actually DO IT. So, I'm not going to tell anyone what I'm up to. However, this mode will make for a boring, uninformative narrative, so I'll share SOME stuff....

I'm just past the horrendous shock and initial grieving process of the tragic loss of our dearest and beloved Derek Manoguerra. Sarah, his wife, has received alot of support, but nothing can soothe the depth of her sadness at the loss she is experiencing in her hours alone. Please continue to send her your prayers. Baby Isabella is due in a week, and we pray Sarah a safe delivery that brings her joy to buffer the pain.

I have had a job change as a direct answer to my very loud request to universe for source of income that does not require me to be anyone's employee. I am now the assistant to a kind, accomplished doctor and gentleman. His wife, who I've also known, passed away last year, and he needs help organizing. Neither of us need the complexity of 'a relationship' - so we can enjoy companionship without thinking about domesticity or other matters that sort of mess things up. I love my home, he loves his, and visits are nice.

I am living the sequel to THE CHE DIARIES, and for all who have not yet read it, get your butts to my website and order the book. You may also check out my participation at ALLVOICES.com That has been a fun network for me and a nice outlet for writing articles. I've only written commentary on articles recently, as I've been withdrawn in my grieving process and not feeling like tracking down off beat news and writing.

One of my articles was on their "most viewed and commented on" for a whole week.! The article was called "Gay Penguins father orphan Chick", a true story of course. It is a fun process to trek for different stuff to share and post comments. It's also quite a global scene.

My friend and I will be hosting excursions to Brazil to visit John of God. He & his deceased wife hosted many of these trips, and I was present for one of them. I'll always remember walking down the street arm in arm with Catalina in Pieronopolis, and will always think of her when we go to her old stomping grounds. These trips will also serve as a memorial to Catalina's legacy of assisting people to take a big adventure to experience a profound transformation and come home with amazing giant crytals straight from the mine.

My grandchildren are all healthy, as are my daughters, a blessing that money can't buy. I've had to practice non-attachment in regard to one of my offspring and one 'grand'... and it has kicked my ass. This is one of those events in life providing personal growth once one can get past the emotional heart wrenching ass kick.

The LOVE of Divine Mother and the perfection of things that don't seem perfect to us in the midst of the seeming imperfections, is the only source of peace and comfort (besides foods like mac 'n cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy, not to mention big hugs from friends).

I seem to have the ability to help organize others, but when it comes to my own stuff, well, now, there's a challenge! But today is the day I MUST do it. It's not a mountain that requires organization, but when one looks around at one's own stuff, it seems mountainous. This, tho, only requires organizing an actual BUDGET and ironing and sorting clothes. I do miss the days when we only wore fig leaves which required no laundering, ironing or even a closet! I love apples tho, and I find snakes fascinating and beautiful.
